How to Use HERMOSA ENGINE CLEANER
What you will need
- Hermosa Engine Cleaner and attach supplied spray trigger
- Detail brush if required
- Freshwater
- Microfibre cloth
- We recommend a good quality latex or similar waterproof glove.
Step 1
Wait for the car to cool down if it has been driven recently (wait at least 30 minutes if the wheels or hood are hot).
Once the vehicle is cool to the touch, put on your gloves and lets go!
Step 2
Spray the Hermosa Engine Cleaner directly onto engine components. Allow the cleaner to penetrate and emulsify dirt and grime for 1-2 minutes. Use a brush or sponge to agitate stubborn areas if needed.
Step 3
Thoroughly rinse off the cleaner with water. Do not use a high-pressure hose or water blaster in the engine bay as this can cause water ingress into electrical connections. Repeat the process for heavily soiled areas if necessary.
Step 4
Dry the engine bay with a clean microfibre towel to prevent water spots.
