Before applying a coating

Prepare the paint you want to protect.

Wash away loose dirt first, then check what remains. Iron particles, tar and mineral deposits need different treatments. Use Water Spot Remover only where mineral deposits are the problem and the surface is suitable. Once the deposits are gone, inspect the paint again before polishing or protecting it.

Keep the coating preparation separate from maintenance.

A coating will not fill scratches or repair failing paint. Existing coatings may need correction and a panel-preparation step before recoating. Ceramic Shampoo is for maintenance washing; do not use a ceramic-enhanced shampoo immediately before installing Graphene Ceramic Coating.
